The compact Power Plate MOVE is the perfect combination of size and function.
The MOVE's columnless base has been designed to save as much space as possible without compromising an inch of performance. More powerful than the Personal Power Plate, the MOVE is light enough to be moved from room to room, but study enough to support a full 300lbs.
Complete with 6 variable frequency modes, a remote control, strap set, rubber mat, and power cord the MOVE covers a wide range of functionality. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to all agreements, purchase orders, quotations and sales of all POWER PLATE® Product and services (“Product”) from Performance Health Systems, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PHS”) to you (sometimes referred to as, “Customer”). Any terms and/or conditions different than, or in addition to, these Terms and Conditions that may appear on any purchase order or other document furnished to PHS at any time by Customer shall have no force and effect. By making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on the website at www.powerplate.com (us)(the “Website”) or through PHS’s telephone sales team, or otherwise accepting delivery of the Product, Customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
PHS’s acceptance of any order is subject to Customer’s assent to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Customer’s submission of an order shall constitute Customer’s full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Customer’s assent to these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be presumed from Customer’s receipt of PHS’s acknowledgment, or from Customer’s acceptance of all or any part of the Product ordered. No additions or modifications to these Terms and Conditions by Customer shall be binding upon PHS, unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of PHS. If a purchase order or other correspondence submitted by Customer contains terms or conditions contrary or in addition to the terms and conditions contained herein or in PHS’s acknowledgment, PHS’s fulfillment of any such purchase order shall not be construed as assent to any of the terms and conditions proposed by Customer, and will not constitute a waiver by PHS of any of the terms and conditions contained herein or in PHS’s acknowledgment.
NO OTHER TERMS APPLY. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PHS ASKS THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE PHS’s PRODUCT.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

Cancellations & Refunds:At Top Sports Tech we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (469) 518-4269 or email sales@topsportstech.com any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

My thoughts on my Power plate Move, I brought it in March. I down the app, following the strength and building muscle program and I can see the difference in my body.
