Return and Refund Policy for Top Sports Tech

Cancellations & Refunds

At Top Sports Tech, we strive to offer the best return policies in the industry. You may cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge, with exceptions for custom orders (see below). For questions, contact us at sales@topsportstech.com or call (469) 518-4269.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

To cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible during business hours at (469) 518-4269 or email sales@topsportstech.com any time. We will refund you in full before the order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are produced specifically for your order. All sales are final for these items. If unsure whether your order is custom, contact us at sales@topsportstech.com or (469) 518-4269. Your warranty ensures a fully functional product.

Refunds and Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • Return Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to outright returns due to increasing LTL/freight costs. If replacing with another product, we may cover some costs depending on the item.
  • Exchange Process: You may exchange your product, with customers covering shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
  • Return Eligibility: Not all products are returnable after shipping if the manufacturer does not permit returns. This varies by product; contact sales@topsportstech.com for specific details.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping Times

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages but may vary due to supply chain issues, manufacturer delays, or shipping demand. Delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing from Top Sports Tech, you agree to:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery, noting and photographing any damage within 24 hours, and reporting it to sales@topsportstech.com.
  • Cover return shipping and new product shipping costs for refunds or exchanges.
  • Return products unopened and unused, with possible additional restocking fees.
  • Accept that full refunds are unavailable once the order has shipped, subject to the 25% restocking fee.
  • Understand that shipping estimates may change due to external factors.

Damages

Inspect packaging upon delivery. If damaged, note it when signing, and send photos, box, SKU, and a damage description to sales@topsportstech.com within 24 hours for an insurance claim. Punctures or visible damage must be reported within 24 hours, or the claim will be invalid.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer; see product pages for details. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days; otherwise, it is not covered under warranty.

BOGO Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning one item results in a replacement or store credit for its standalone value, plus return shipping costs and possible restocking fees if shipped.

Chargebacks

Our team at sales@topsportstech.com is here to resolve issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft. Contact us first for assistance instead of initiating a chargeback.
