Pre-programmed drills
The portable tennis ball machine comes with 12 pre-programmed drills that give a full variety of shot positions. You can adjust each of these drills to suit your playing level using the drill maker app.
Customize your drills
Each of the 12 drills can be customized to suit you, your family, or club members. Height, direction, spin, speed for each of 6 sequential shots can be adjusted and then saved as your personalized drill.
2-Line Drills & Oscillation
You can create 2-line drills at any width and any height. You can have vertical oscillation and, or horizontal oscillation. All these drills can be made on your phone and saved to the machine via the app. Next time you use the machine, just press the drill # button you require and start your game.
The Player model was developed to be incredibly user friendly and can be operated by even young players.

Battery & Power Information
The battery of ball machine tennis (included with machine for US address) can support 2-3 hours of play. Simply charge overnight after each use and its ready to go. The machine will be shipped with a battery charger. Additional batteries or power modules can be purchased to extend playing time.
The high-spin model is more powerful as it uses high power motors. The normal model will deliver balls slower when high spin settings applied, but the high-spin model can still shoot balls fast even in high spin settings. Users can always adjust the settings to get low spin balls. There is no disadvantage for the high spin models. It just has a higher maxim speed and spin which is adjustable.
The Spinshot Pickleball, Plus, Plus-2 and Player machines are all compatible with the Drill Maker app which is available for both iPhone and Android phones.

Using the app you can control your machine from the other end of the court. Start and stop the ball feed, select a different drill (there are 12 to choose from), or adjust the pre-programmed drills to suit your skill level.
Customise your drills
To adjust and customise the settings of a drill, hold down the the drill button and then change the values on the drill screen. You can change the values of each shot:
Change the name of your drill and then press the Save button.
Drill Maker App for Plus machines
Using the app you can control your machine from the other end of the court. Start and stop the ball feed, select the four different oscillation modes, and adjust the parameters of the shot to suit your skill level.

Drill Maker for Plus-2, Player, Plus & Pickleball
The Spinshot Remote Watch allows you to start and stop the ball feed and switch between drills. Check out our demo video. The Watch Remote requires a CR2032 battery (not supplied).
Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact Spinshot for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, Spinshot will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like Spinshot to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to Spinshot. Spinshot will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and black service wheels which are with 6 month warranty coverage.
I've been using my Spinshot Player Tennis Ball Machine almost every day for the past couple of weeks. Great machine! Performs as advertised. The drill maker app is easy to use and Spinshot has a number of good youtube videos to watch and program your machine for customized drills settings.
For 2 years I hemed and hawed over if I should purchase a ball machine. Each time I found a reason to believe I would be able to play just as much w/ a coach or a friend. This year I pulled the trigger. After looking at a variety of ball machines, I settled on the Spinshot. What a great choice!!! Customer service was awesome when I had questions prior to my purchase and when the machine arrived the quality seemed great. I have used it for a month now and it is wonderful. I play way more, my "partner" doesn't get tired, and I have zero regrets. The price for some may be high but the versatility of the machine makes each session enjoyable. If you are on the fence, go for it!!!
I have owned two versions of spinshots. Spinshot player and pro. Both of the machines are really well built. I actually tried machines from different manufacturers. I think spinshot has a great balance among price, features and robustness. Will highly recommend it!
I bought Spinshot Player in April 2021. Last 2 years, I used the machine at least 1-2 times per week, and each time I hit about 400 balls at a time for various practices such as top spin, slice, hit on the rise, approach shot, drop shot, angle shot, passing shot, volley, driving volley, overhead, etc etc. Thanks to the repetitive hits with this ball machine, many friends notice the differences of my game, and I can win more matches with better and various shots.
Pros: Durability, Solid (a bit heavy), Feeding variety, Portability (fits in my SUV trunk), Never jammed internally (a few times on the top), Buttery life- fine and life expectancy is as noted by the manufacturer. I changed a battery only once last 2 years)
And EXCELLENT CUSTMER SERVICE! When the machine did not start after charging fully,
TIM from Spinshot walked through to solve the issue. I am NOT mechanically savvy woman at all, and he was so patient to narrow down the problem. He used face time to demonstrate to me what to do, step by step, and I was successfully able to take out the control panel out and change the switch to get it started. He also gave a great tip to keep the buttery terminals connection tight, so the electric wire does not come off. The customer service team TIM and JASON always acted promptly and helped me with sincereness.
Cons: Apps IT seems that the setting does not return to manufacture default (even after I followed the manufacturers instruction.) I have to delete the app and re-download each time whenever I need the default setting back. Also, it used to show how much percentage of the butter left after the use, but it does not show anymore.
Overall, the CON is minor issue for me, and I highly recommend to any tennis players to buy SPINSHOT. It is true that I cannot imagine my tennis life without my buddy, SpinShot Player!
It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the Phone interaction with the Player machine. There are so many different options to choose it makes it difficult to control the machine for what you want. Once I became comfortable with interaction I could not believe how great the machine works! I have used a Tennis Tutor Plus for 5 years and this machine is built so much better. One tip: purchase the Spinshot pressurized balls and you will have a consistent bounce. This a great tennis buddy!!
