The Spinshot Plus-2 ball machine tennis combines all the features from the original Plus model but also includes the advanced features of the Player model.
Compared with the original Plus model, the Plus-2 now features the Player's Drill Maker App functionality catering for full programmability of drill settings.
Comparing the Plus-2 against the Player model, the Plus-2 model control panel features an OLED screen as Plus model, so it allows for easy access to horizontal and vertical oscillations. So the users don't have to use the App to set the oscillation drills. On the Plus-2 panel, just press the drill button and then use the + or - buttons to switch between 12 drills which is the same as the Player model.
Battery included with your purchase for US address delivery. You can also upgrade Hybrid Power and and Battery Module if you want the option to use AC mains power or battery.
The Drill Maker app for Android and iPhone is free to download. The Drill Maker app is also compatible with Apple Watch.
The Spinshot Plus-2 portable tennis ball machine also supports our new Watch Remote to control the machine. The Watch Remote requires a CR2032 battery (not supplied).
The high-spin tennis balls machine is more powerful as it uses high power motors. The normal model will deliver balls slower when high spin settings applied, but the high-spin model can still shoot balls fast even in high spin settings. Users can always adjust the settings to get low spin balls. There is no disadvantage for the high spin models. It just has a higher maxim speed and spin which is adjustable.
The Spinshot Pickleball, Plus, Plus-2 and Player machines are all compatible with the Drill Maker app which is available for both iPhone and Android phones.

Using the app you can control your machine from the other end of the court. Start and stop the ball feed, select a different drill (there are 12 to choose from), or adjust the pre-programmed drills to suit your skill level.
Customise your drills
To adjust and customise the settings of a drill, hold down the the drill button and then change the values on the drill screen. You can change the values of each shot:
Change the name of your drill and then press the Save button.

Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact Spinshot for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, Spinshot will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like Spinshot to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to Spinshot. Spinshot will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and black service wheels which are with 6 month warranty coverage.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. I have had the Spinshot Plus 2 tennis machine for a little over a year now. Use it a couple times a week and it works fantastic. I ran into an issue a couple months ago with the spinner at the top of the machine getting a little crack in it where it wouldn't spin when there was the weight of the balls pushing on it. Customer Service was great and they shipped out a new part the next day (free to me) and handled everything which was fantastic given that I live outside the US and they had to go through Customs, etc. Best customer service I have dealt with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality tennis machine that the company stands behind.
I have had the opportunity to use the Spinshot Player tennis ball machine, and it exceeded my expectations. Its precise ball placement allowed me to fine-tune my strokes with ease, while the variety of programmable drills challenged me to improve different aspects of my game. Its durability and portability make it a reliable and convenient training companion.
Spinshot Player is a game-changer for serious players.
Tried it 3 times so far and its a real pleasure every time.
Machine is really easy to set up, no need for any calibration, the machine does it by itself.
I purchased the remote watch as well but so far Im using only the app and its great.
Only comments I can think of:
- when 120 balls in the baskets, some of them fall while using the machine (10-15 balls), I added some Velcro to avoid the balls to go between the panels. Im sure it would be easy to buy separately some panels to add on the existing one and increase the capacity of the basket. May be something that we would be able to buy in the future as an option?
- for the fully random settings, I wish it was possible to set the height as random but not more then 10 (for ex) some balls are really high and not realistic while playing. (May be for futur update?)
I keep the 5 stars since I really enjoy the machine, never had a ball jammed or ball not hitting where it was supposed to.

I purchased the SpinShot Plus - 2 Ball Machine for my Tennis Club. We have Players with a wide range of USTA ratings (2.5 to 5.0) and this ball machine has been well received by all the Players. The lower level Players enjoy the ease of use in the Manual mode on the Spinshot, while the more advanced Players are able to configure Drills which can challenge their skills. I considered several other Ball Machines (Lobster, Tennis Tudor, Slinger, etc) before settling on the Spinshot.
The Spinshot Plus-2 is a very well built machine and the User Interface is very intuitive. The balls are ejected very consistently from the machine in every mode of operation. We are 100% satisfied with the Ball Machine.
The responses I have received from Service Support at Spinshot are excellent. I absolutely recommend you consider the SpinShot Ball Machines for your next purchase!
The machine is great to start with. Had an issue with the machine pushing two balls at the same time instead of one. I did contact support and they were very supportive and I uploaded a new SW to the machine which reduced the issue but it still persists (minimized though)
