eBike & eScooter Limited Warranty Terms
Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) provided with each Product. They contain important safety information and information about assembly, use, and maintenance. Bakcou requires registering your Bakcou eBike/eScooter within 45 days of receiving your eBike/eScooter. Registration is required to take advantage of this warranty. This will allow Bakcou to provide you with better service in the future. Product Registration
As explained in more detail below, Bakcou warrants the products for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Bakcou’s published guidelines. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. “Original retail purchase” means the Product was purchased new for the first time directly from Bakcou or from an authorized Bakcou Dealer. Registration is required for warranty claims.
Only the original owner of an eBike/eScooter purchased directly from Bakcou or an authorized Bakcou Dealer is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty period begins upon receipt of the eBike/eScooter and shall terminate immediately at the end of the Warranty period. The Limited Warranty will not apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the eBike/eScooter.
This Limited Warranty is only applicable to eBike/eScooter purchases within the United States and Canada. Purchases outside the United States and Canada shall be subject to their respective warranty terms.
LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY
Bakcou eBike/eScooter frames have a lifetime warranty against factory defects. Provided you register your eBike/eScooter with Bakcou within 45 days from the date of receipt, Bakcou will warrant the structural integrity of the frame to the original owner for as long as the original owner owns the product.
2 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All Bakcou eBikes/eScooters and their individual covered components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years after original purchase by the original purchaser.
The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective motor, lithium ion battery, Roloff gear hub, suspension, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, and kickstand. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of these components.
Normal wear and tear.
Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the eBike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the eBike/eScooter as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding.
Improper follow-up maintenance.
The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
For the avoidance of doubt, Bakcou will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Any modifications made to the bike by the customer will void the warranty.
Any products sold by Bakcou that are not an eBike/eScooter.
Determining whether damage or defect to an eBike/eScooter protected by this limited warranty shall be in the sole discretion of Bakcou.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement of any parts or components.
EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS
Bakcou has partnered with Extend to offer supplemental extended warranty packages for an additional cost. Extended warranty packages allow for a one-time replacement on parts and components. Extended warranties start on the day the Bakcou Limited Warranty period ends.

CLAIM PROCESS:
Photos and/or videos of the damaged, covered component are required for Bakcou to replace any covered component under warranty.
Once you have the photos and/or videos contact the Bakcou Technical Support Team (warranty@bakcou.com) to make your claim. Please provide your information including your name, address, date of purchase and details regarding your claim.
The Bakcou Technical Support Team will work with you to determine the best course of action to fix and/or replace components covered under this warranty. If the Bakcou Technical Support Team determines that a covered component must be replaced, instructions will be provided for receiving the replacement and returning your damaged component.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement of any parts or components.
After the replacement of the covered component is received, the Backou Technical Support Team will assist you in replacing or installing the new covered component on your Bakcou eBike.
If a credit card chargeback of any amount is issued on an order, the Limited Warranty for that order will be paused until the chargeback has been resolved and order is paid in full.

Shipping Damage Claims
Products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive and will not be accepted more than 3 business days after delivery. Please note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before accepting delivery and signing off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage found and date the images when possible. Report freight damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to Bakcou, LLC at (844) 227-1096, or on Bakcou.com.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
