Freego Shotgun Flash F3 Pro Electric Bike Dual Battery and Dual Motor 2000W

The F3 Pro is Freego's first electric bike with dual motors and dual batteries is a dualbattery, dual wheel drive ride. The dual motors improve the overall strength of the electric bike making it fast and powerful, while the dual batteries greatly improve the riding range of the F3 Pro enough to meet daily use commuting needs and travel endurance.

Charge Time | 7-10 hours

Charging hours depend on how much Battery energy you already used. In the first 5 hours, the battery is charged quickly. After then, it will be charged slowly till it is full. To keep the battery safe and durable, we recommend to charge slowly, like 2Amp. Fast charging may shorten battery lifetime and even damage it.

Warranty details

Freego offers a 2-year limited Manufacturer Warranty for the Original Retail Purchaser only. It is the dealer’s responsibility to offer Call service and repair job to his customers. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, Freego only offers Free Spare Parts (under warranty) to the dealer as well as online technical supports. Parts supply validity is 2 years maximum.

2-year warranty on Frames and Stems only. And 1-year on Motor, battery, controller and display. 6-month on Throttle, lights and brakes. See details below:

Notes: The rest parts which are not stated above are NOT covered by the WARRANTY including but not limitedto all Wear and tear items: Shifter,Bearings, Brake Pads, Disc Pad, Chains, Free Hub Bodies, , and casings, Spokes, Sprockets, Stripped threads/bolts, Tools, Fasteners (screws) and Rubber moving parts.

Not covered by Warranty. If the bike is broken by man-made damage or out of warranty, Freegocanoffer2-year supply of Replacement Parts to make sure the product can keep workable status. The dealer shall buytheparts from Freego and the price-list will be updated time by time.

Note: The following conditions are not covered by warranty

I.Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery such as using an unapproved charger; Batteryislongtime left uncharged, or plugging the power cable in the wrong way is not covered. Please charge batteryresponsiblyand regularly (at least one time per month). If your battery can not be charged because you keep it unchargedmorethan 1 month, the battery may enter into deep sleeping mode that can not work again. You have to buy newbatterywith your own cost.

II.Water damage caused by improper use in snow, wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our products arerainresistant, not waterproof. Please use with care!

III.Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or improper use such as racing or jumping or overweight is not covered.

IV.Damage caused by not following the User’s Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.

V.The warranty does not cover any damage or missing parcels caused by courier services. Once our productsleavewarehouse Freego have absolutely no control over them. However Freego are willing to assist the buyer ingettingcompensation from the courier service. Freego suggest the buyer to contact the shipping carrier first for theproofofany missing or broken items. This proof is the key to get any compensation

    SHIPPING CHANGES


    Before Shipping

    Order cancellation If you cancel the order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged.
    Replacements and exchanges If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
    Change of address No charge fee.

    After Shipping

    Order cancellation If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150, Please contact us for the return address: info@Freegousa.com
    Change of address Please contact us, Freego will provide the shipping number and carrier phone number, please contact the carrier by yourself, and the cost incurred shall be borne by the customer.
    Replacements and exchanges A) If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
    B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
    C) If you want to cancel the order, 10% of the item cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

    If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.


    Kindly Notes:

    • Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
    • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

    Return Policy

    In an effort to streamline and ensure a smooth return process, we have updated our return policy to better serve you. For any returns to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must remain unopened and undamaged upon receipt. It should not have undergone any assembly, alterations, or incurred any scratches or damages.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging to preserve its resale value and ensure it does not impede our ability to resell it.
    • Customers initiating a return will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting the initial shipping fee and any associated bank transaction charges from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer's original payment method or account.

    Freego have implemented these measures due to the high-value nature of Freego product and the substantial costs involved in its transportation, typically ranging between $150 to $250. Freego strongly advise customers against making impulsive purchases and urge them to refrain from casual returns upon receiving the product. Even if Freego accept a return without affecting Freego ability to resell the item, Freego are obliged to deduct the incurred shipping costs and relevant bank transaction charges (such as credit card processing fees) from the refund. It is imperative to ensure that FreeGo does not incur any losses before Freego can proceed with refunding the remaining balance to the buyer.

    This policy aims to maintain the quality of Freego products and ensure a fair process for both Freego customers and Freego business. Freego appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
