Manufacturer Limited Warranty

This Warranty Only Applies To The United States Domestic Market.

Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by Sunny Health & Fitness are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

Returns of unused and unopened items are accepted within 30 days of purchase date, with the exception of 'As Is' items & Replacement Parts (see below). We advise that you keep your original packaging during this time. Please contact us to request a return or get information about any additional policies that may apply.

Returns Packaging & Its Condition When Sending Back

Only items in original packaging can be returned. If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement boxes. Every customer will receive this notice in their Order Confirmation Email and their Shipping Confirmation Email to hold onto their packaging for the first 30 days.

Please be respectful of your returned item(s) when sending it back to us. We take great care in making sure your item is properly boxed/packaged and secure for transit, we expect the same from you on your return(s).

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item arrives back damaged due to customer poorly boxing/packing your returned item, this will affect your refund amount. Severely damaged goods arriving back to us due to poor customer boxing/packaging may even result in getting no refund at all.

Return Shipping Costs – Who Pays?

When Sunny Health & Fitness Pays For Return Shipping

Sunny Health & Fitness will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:

• Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
• We shipped out the wrong item #
• We shipped it to the wrong address
• We shipped a duplicate order
• Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or is defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or failure to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s remorse" and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back. The customer is also vulnerable to the 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping charges the seller has paid out. If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, no exceptions. Use the Contact Us form to submit pics/videos for your return request.

Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue the refund.

If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds that to be the easier solution so you don't have to fuss with shipping a large bulky item back. Also note, we do not send out technicians or repairmen to customer homes.

When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping 

In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by customer. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided in these instances. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund, and any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs.  Examples of these customer returns may include:

• Buyers Remorse ("Not satisfied with performance", "Item doesn't fit me correctly", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", “I tried it, but I want something else”, etc.)
• No Reason / No Longer Want
• Misinterpretation of Product Description (failure to fully read item details/descriptions/features)
• Order Cancellation after the item already shipped out, even if you have not yet received the item
• Customer bought the wrong one
• Customer accidentally bought too many
• Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address

After the 30 day returns period, customers may use the items Sunny manufacturers product warranty period for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please see the manufacturers product warranty for details.

For any item that was shipped via LTL freight, there will be a return shipping fee of $200 plus any other applicable fee as listed in our policy. Please see details below.

Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund if item is proven to be at customers fault for the reason for return. If the item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, even if you have not received it, the return shipping and restocking fees will apply.

Refunds
The refund policy applies to product purchased directly from Sunny Health & Fitness website (https://www.sunnyhealthfitness.com). If you purchased Sunny Health & Fitness item(s) from a different retailer, please refer to their store refund policy.

The refund (less shipping and restocking fees) will be applied to your original payment method once the return is processed in our warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the return process involves several stages, so please be patient in awaiting your refund.  Generally following the date of arrival at our warehouse, this process is approximately 5 to 10 business days to receive return, inspect, re-stock, issue credit to original form of payment, and for credit/debit card payments for your banking institution to post the refund to your account (in certain instances additional stages are required). Purchases made with credit cards and debit cards are issued back through the same method of payment. Refunds through credit and debit cards usually take up to 7 days but could vary by merchant or banking institution. Full refunds may potentially take a few days up to a few months. Please contact your credit card and/or debit card issuer for more information. 

If you wish to return a product that came with a free promotional item, the free item must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the full value of the promotional item.

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promo codes: If you wish to return a product that was part of an order where a BOGO promo code was applied, the refund value of the returned product will be calculated as original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount that was applied to the order with the BOGO promo code, in addition to applicable fees as mentioned above.

Replacement Parts
Items sold 'Replacement Parts' are non-returnable, non-refundable and are absent of any product warranty. 'Replacement Parts' items will be clearly identified and marked as such on the product page prior to purchase.

Digital Products
Digital products, such as E-books, are ineligible for refunds once the order is confirmed. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience issues with receiving or downloading any digital products. Email us: support@sunnyhealthfitness.com.
 
Orders Returned Without Delivery (Refusing Delivery)
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery (in cases where we require signature confirmation) or due to refusal to accept shipment, it shall be considered as a return by 'customer error (buyer's remorse)' and our standard Return Policy is applicable on such orders. In addition to the restocking fees, the actual Shipping & Handling charges for outbound and return shipping are chargeable to your account.
 
Ltl Freight Shipping
For any item that was shipped via LTL freight, there will be a return shipping fee of $200 plus any other applicable fee as listed in our policy. Due to the size and weight of the product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returning your item may incur additional charges for damage caused by improper use, misassembly, or accidents.

If the item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, even if you have not received it, the return shipping and restocking fees above will apply.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com. 

The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action.  Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

• Threshold Shipping:This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 
• White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds:At Top Sports Tech we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Please Read the Following

When you are making a purchase from Top Sports Tech, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

• I understand I am to  inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to top sports tech within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
• I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
• I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
• I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. 
• I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 20%. 
• I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Top Sports Tech.
• I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Top Sports Tech (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns

The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

All customers agree that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
