Like other models in the TRUEFORM RUNNER range, the TRUEFORM TURF features Responsive Belt Technology™, proven to dramatically improve running form by reducing impact stress and asymmetry, increasing efficiency, and reducing the risk of injury.
The artificial turf surface enables the runner to train barefoot or in running shoes or cleats, making it ideal for field sports such as football, soccer, rugby, and field hockey.
The shallow curve at the front of the treadmill offers no artificial help to the runner in moving the belt, while the equally shallow curve at the rear provides the user with the control often missing in manual treadmills with a flat back. Because of the shallow and symmetrical nature of the curve, users will excerpt more energy running on a TRUEFORM TURF than on a motorized and most other curved treadmills, resulting in measurably improved on-field performance.

In no case shall TrueForm Runner, TrueForm directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from TrueForm use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to TrueForm use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TrueForm Runner and TrueForm parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of TrueForm breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or TrueForm violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

If in TrueForm sole judgment you fail, or TrueForm suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, TrueForm also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to TrueForm Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
TrueForm return policy allows you to send back TrueForm purchase, within 30 days of the date you receive delivery, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price less fees:
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Prior to shipping: 3% credit card fee plus $25 admin fee.
Once shipped but not yet delivered: 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee plus outbound shipping fee.
Once delivered (within 30 days of delivery): 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee outbound shipping plus return shipping to Chester, CT.
Goods must be returned in the original packing including pallet otherwise a box and pallet delivery fee will be charged - 860.895.8533*
*Does not apply with White Glove Delivery.
REFUND (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Once TrueForm item is received and inspected, TrueForm will send you an email to notify you that TrueForm have received TrueForm returned item. TrueForm will also notify you of the approval or rejection of TrueForm refund. If you are approved, then TrueForm refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to TrueForm credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact TrueForm credit card company, it may take some time before TrueForm refund is officially posted. Next contact TrueForm bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received TrueForm refund, please contact us.
EXCHANGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)
After 30 days TrueForm only replace items under warranty, for example if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange TrueForm TRUEFORM.TRAINER for a TRUEFORM.RUNNER please send us an email. Please check TrueForm warranty to understand which shipping and return shipping charges are covered. To return TrueForm product, you should contact TrueForm Orders department.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once TrueForm order has shipped, you will receive an email from TrueForm shipping department with the tracking number.
TrueForm anticipate shipping within 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated in a product or a specific offer's terms and conditions.
TrueForm TRUEFORM is shipped via FedEx.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, TrueForm TRUEFORM will be delivered:
Basic Economy by Appointment: Front Door, Back Door, or Garage with signature required. No assembly or installation.
In addition TrueForm can offer two additional options (not available in all areas)
Premium by Appointment: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal. No assembly or installation.
White Glove Delivery: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal, assembly and installation - hop on and run!
