Velowave electric mountain bikes are equipped with adjustable aluminum alloy large hydraulic shock-absorbing front forks, which can be adjusted to suit different road conditions. The front wheel of the e-bike is equipped with a safety washer to prevent the wheel from falling off.
Equipped with a 500W high-speed brushless motor, it provides strong power and climbing ability and reaches the peak speed stably.
Shimano 7-speed drivetrain provides accurate and smooth shifting capability. It easily shifts to tackle those hills during riding. Dual disc brake provides immediate responsive braking to ensure safe riding.
Monitor display functions - speed data, assist level, battery indicator, mileage display. The versatile color LCD display makes it easy to read day and night.
Equipped with a 48V/15AH lithium battery and LG battery, it can travel 25-40+ miles per full charge. The removable waterproof battery supports fast charging. It can be charged to about 80% in 4 hours and fully charged in 8 hours.
The body is constructed from a 6061 aluminum frame that perfectly houses the battery, controller, and wiring harness, contributing to the vehicle's streamlined, clean look.

Two-Year Warranty:
Velowave provide a 2-year warranty on Velowave electric bikes frame.
One-Year Warranty:
A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
Apart from manufacturing defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case-by-case basis within the first 60 days. We shall not be liable if you install, operate, clean, or maintain your ebike without following the owners' manual instructions. Misuse, abuse, alteration, and natural disasters are not included in this warranty.
Note: No official warranty is provided for used e-bikes.
For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
BEFORE SHIPMENT: We will cancel the order for free, but we cannot guarantee your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to stop your shipment, so please notify us as early as possible of your cancellation request.
AFTER SHIPMENT: Requests to cancel an order or reject a package after shipment will incur a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price.
The customer needs to email Velowave’s customer service team regarding any order cancellation. Once an order cancellation request has been approved, Velowave will email the customer a cancellation notification email. The customer shall not send a return package to Velowave without receiving notification. Velowave will reject all shipments that are not scheduled to arrive, and the customer is responsible for any related fee or loss.
FREE REPLACEMENT
Customers may return the product due to serious shipping damage (affecting the use of functions) or missing parts. For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and / or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.
*Definition of critically-damaged items: the main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.
Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:

14 DAYS RETURNS
For e-bike products: We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund with no restocking fee, minus $200 shipping fee ($200/item deducted from refund). The customer is responsible for arranging and paying any charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company selected. For customers who want to return the product for their own reasons, Velowave will not bear the shipping cost of returning the package.
Returns of used items. Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days. However, there is a return shipping fee of $200 per item and a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price (both deducted from refund), in addition, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying any charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company selected. For customers who want to return the product for their own reasons, Velowave will not bear the shipping cost of returning the package.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must meet the terms instructed below:
For accessories products: any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or other signs of use. It must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition you received it. We will charge $20 for return shipping ($20/item will be deducted from the refund). The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, which may vary depending on the carrier selected.
Please notice: if a customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Velowave’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Velowave will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accident to the shipment arranged by the customer.
Non-returnable/non-refundable Items:
Please understand that any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebike. Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method. We will refund within 3 business days.
Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted to their account within three days of being issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us at cs@velowavebikes.com if the customer has not received the refund after ten business days.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Im so happy to have made this purchase for 2 Velowave Ghosts. Ordering was easy and my E-Bikes arrived so quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was fantastic! I quickly put the bike together although adding the fenders and luggage rack took a little time and maneuvering but none the less theyre installed. Its been a week and despite having 40 degree temps I wanted to try them out. Better than expectation and easy to handle. Already 40 miles on and can hardly wait for the warmer weather to ride them. Best choice Ive made in deciding to get these.
really like the bike!
Bought the bike this February 2023. When I got the bike, I assembled the bike in less than 45 minutes. The bike is easy to take out of the box - open the box and then let the packaging slide out of the box. The bike is pretty much assembled. The only components that need to be attached are the front wheels, the handlebars, the pedals - that's it. I was able to ride the bike this weekend and it rode well - I rode it for over a mile. It is a nice bike and is worth it. Highly recommend the bike.
I have almost 20 miles on it and it has been great so far.
What a blast. I have over 300 miles on it now. No issues. Very capable for moderate off road. Handles fine on the road also. I have seen many mountain e bikes in the price range. I have no regrets buying this one. You can see the pics. . My bikes pretty dirty. That's the way a mountain bike should be.
