Warranty

36 Month Limited Warranty

The COMPANY warrants that all structural components including the frame, handle/handlebars, motor(s), wheel hubs, suspension systems will be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for 36 months from the time of purchase. Electronic components like the battery, display, lights and controller are warrantied for a period of 12 months. Consumable parts such as the grip tape/deck and tires are wear and tear items and not warrantied.

The COMPANY recommends that the USER first utilize the support materials shipped with the PRODUCT, PRODUCT diagnostics, the information contained on the internet, and email support. If unsuccessful to obtain the service under this WARRANTY the USER must notify the COMPANY or its authorized service representative.
CycleBoard also provides paid repairs and parts for sale for products that are out of warranty.
If the PRODUCT proves defective AND a claim is filled during the warranty period, the COMPANY at its option, will:


1. Repair the PRODUCT by means of telephone support, email support, or by providing service at no charge for the parts or labor.

2. Replace the PRODUCT with a comparable PRODUCT which may be new or refurbished.

3. Refund the original amount paid for the PRODUCT, less a reasonable allowance for the usage, upon its return.

The following are not covered by the warranty

Damage has been caused by the modification or use outside those specified in the user manual.
The serial number of the product has been altered or removed.
The product has been dismantled and repaired/reassembled improperly or with aftermarket parts.
Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Damage or fault has been caused by other issues (excluding product design, manufacture, quality, etc).
Natural wear and tear that does not affect the product function (including scratches and wear and tear on frame, grip tape, tires, etc).
Damage has been caused by accidents or human errors, such as breakage caused by rusting in a very wet environment.
Damage has been caused by acts-of-god such as fire, flood, earthquake, freezing, etc.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THE MERCHANTABILITY ANDFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ABOVE LIMITEDLIFETIME / 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIODS. CYCLEBOARD, INC. FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALLEXPRESS WARRANTIES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you if inconsistent with controlling state law.‍

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” basis and is based on the size and weight of the package.

Order Processing Time
Most "In-Stock" products ship within 1-3 business days from date of order via FedEx Ground or USPS in the lower 48 states (excluding AK & HI).  Once your product is picked up from our warehouse in Costa Mesa, CA, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information showing the anticipated delivery date. If you haven't received an email with this information yet it simply means your order hasn't been shipped.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, And Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

If you are not satisfied with the Product(s) that you purchased through our Website, you may return the Product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s) for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The company will provide a refund for the cost of the Product(s) not including any shipping charges within thirty (30) days of our email confirming your refund. The Product(s) must not be damaged as determined in our sole discretion and must be returned in the original shipping package.

NOTE:  We do not accept returns for accessory items.  Only CycleBoard vehicles qualify for our returns policy.

Contact our Support team to initiate the return process and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact us atsupport@cycleboard.com.
Create a shipping label addressed to“CycleBoard, Inc. – Returns
Pack the Products in the original packaging and ensure the original packaging is still in good working order for shipping.
Once the Product(s) are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
The Product(s) must be received by Cycleboard within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s).  Cycleboard is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that if Cycleboard does not receive the returned Product(s) within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s), you will not be entitled to a refund.
