Warranty Policy
1.Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for ebikes is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, Engwe will send the replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which Engwe sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve the problem of accessories, the accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered by warranty.
Please kindly note: Used ebikes, modified ebikes are not covered by the warranty.

RETURN
Engwe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Engwe can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@engwe-bikes.com. If your return is accepted, Engwe’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Engwe is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

REFUND
A. For returned e-bikes or batteries with our provided return label, our warehouse needs five business days upon receiving to confirm the e-bike or battery status.
After we confirm that the returned item is consistent with the buyer's description, a refund will be issue within 1-2 business days.
B. If you return the item by yourself, you need provide us with a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name. After the package's logistics track shows delivery, we need five business days to confirm whether the package status is consistent with the buyer's description; we will refund you within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
If the model of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the order information, Engwe cannot provide a refund;
If the condition of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the description before the return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deduct. The specific deduction ratio shall be deducted reasonably by Engwe depending on the loss of parts.
How can I get the refund.
If you confirm that you want to return and request return for a refund, you can contact with our support team for a return label, we will refund you after we received the returned parcel.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Bought this bike as a gift for my wife. Rode it yesterday for the first time. She loves the bike! She said it was smooth and very easy to ride. If shes happy, Im happy!
I bought this bike 10 days before and in my opinion, it is an excellent bike. When I got it, two screws of handlebar were missing and I contacted Customer service. They told me to buy in a bike shop but I got it from Amazon. The quality of the Bike is super. Sensor response is great. Hydraulic breaks works good. It feels like you are riding on a motor bike. Price is very best. Even if you want to use it as a regular bike, it is super fun to ride it. I will definitely recommend this bike to everyone . Workmanship is excellent.

The shipping only takes three days and it is almost assembled I just need to assemble the rest parts. It was easy to assemble the rest parts. Its also very sturdy and well made.
First, I love the color LCD digital display, it shows all the important info during the ride.
I have ridden a mountain e-bike that costs ten times as much for the past three years and think everyone should get an e-bike. E-bikes dont make you lazy. They encourage you to get out more and exercise more. And when I am mountain biking, I get the same workout but I can go much faster and go up much steeper hills and go twice the distance so its a lot more fun. This bike is perfect for streets and if you live in a hilly area. It goes 18 mph uphill with my 50-pound daughter on it and for me, at 175 pounds, I can go at least 12 mph up a steep hill with very light pedaling. I'm 6'1" and still consider it comfortable enough to pedal on longer rides with the pedal assist. The twist-grip throttle makes it a lot of fun when you dont want to pedal. But the hydraulic brakes work great and it is put together very well. The range seems to be over 15 miles riding hills near me. This is such a great little bike to throw into your car or take on the train and just moto around further and faster than you probably could on a regular bike, especially on hills.
We are so thoroughly impressed with all of the features on our bikes. The pedaling is so easy. Handling is so great. Reached the summit of several hills and I could still breathe normally. How enjoyable.
This was very comfortable on my butt and legs. I had no problems or complaints about the seat or pedal reach when I was screwing around on it, either. It should do well on dirt/gravel mountain trails here in Nevada. We love everything about our E26. Biking is so enjoyable now. Overall, I would buy it again!!!
The E26 was boxed with utmost care, and nothing was damaged. The manual leaves a lot to be desired. Only by watching the unboxing video did I discover that the on/off button was under the "-" rocker switch on the LHS of the handlebar. Also, bolting in the bike stand requires inserting the tab from the inside while screwing in the bolts from the outside. There was a small white cardboard box with stuff in it. Only while checking Amazon for a bike bell did I discover that this item is actually the bike bell. I have a road bike with a titanium frame that can be lifted with your pinky and a run-of-the-mill around-town aluminum bike from Schwinn. But this bike is equivalent in heft, size, and weight to the Presidential Cadillac Limo called the "Beast". The rear cargo platform somehow got distorted but banging on it with a hammer enabled the screw holes to line up. I'm 80 so it took some time to get everything put together. My friends all say it's a beautiful ebike and want to ride it but due to the large size and weight, I am hesitant to do so. I would need liability insurance. Only two things worry me: The chain seems a bit sketchy (so I bought chain lube) and the tires have small dimples and I wonder how long they will last before the tires become racing slicks. I have the yellow step-through bike for old folks.
I decided after much research to go with the Engwe E26. Deliver only takes two days after I order! And, Wow was I surprised! This was so easy to assemble. It came about 98% finished in the box. I needed a good reliable ebike that was my size. I'm 5'9" and it is perfect! It reminds me of one of my old BMX bikes back in the day...
Anyway, the ride is smooth & the 750W motor is whisper-quiet! The 26"tires that are 4 inches wide work great as well. I will give an update once I put additional miles on it. So far It has no problems around the little beach town that I live in.
In Pedal Assist 5 really flies! I got it up to 27!
I can't wait to take on some trails around San Diego County with some friends!
