Richway & Fuji warrants the covered product to be free form defects and malfunctions at the time sold. "Defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.
How Long the Warranty Lasts
This warranty lasts 3 years form the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership.
What This Warranty Covers
If Richway & Fuji Bio determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, Richway & Fuji Bio will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee, which can be found on Biomat website. Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all Richway & Fuji Bio obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. Richway & Fuji Bio shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. this warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and /or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced,altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of Richway & Fuji Bio.
How to Get Service
To obtain service under this warranty,contact Customer Service at 808-589-2800 / 855-338-6410 (toll-free) or rma@richwayusa.com and provide the purchaser's. They will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). This number is required and must be placed in a visible area on the front of the package. Ship your product postage paid, include a copy of the original sales slip, credit card receipt or other proof of the date of the original retail purchase. If servicing within the first two(2)months, Biomat will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover your shipping costs. If servicing form the third month and on, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product for repair or replacement. Biomat will cover the shipping costs to return the product back to the customer.
Biomat are proud of the BioMat and Alkal-Life certified, high-quality products and Biomat are confident that they will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, Biomat are happy to accept the return and refund the product costs you as follows (initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, and are not refundable):

*The exception to the above is for Products purchased through financing, they are considered a final sale and as such no returns or exchanges are available.
How to request a return for refund:
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting BioMat.com at 1-888-524-6628 / 909-697-4114 or email INFO@biomat.com. Alternatively you may contact RichWay at 1-808-589-2800 / 1-855-338-6410 or email customerservice@richwayusa.com and CC INFO@biomat.com (808- 589-2800 / Toll-Free 1-855-338-6410) or emailing us (rma@richwayusa.com) before any returns for refunds are made. Be sure to have the Richway Invoice (RI) number from your order on hand when contacting Biomat office. If you do not have this info, please contact the Independent Sales Associate you purchased from to obtain it. Your date of inquiry to return (whether by e-mail or phone) will be noted.
Returns must be received by Biomat office within two (2) weeks from the date the RMA was issued. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
*NOTE: If an RMA number is not obtained from Richway, your package(s) may be refused and returned to you.
How to send in your product return:
All returned items should be packed in the same manner in which they were originally shipped to you. Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused. Note: If you purchased a Biomat of any size, you may keep the cotton pad that was included as a complimentary gift.
IMPORTANT: Write the RMA number obtained from Richway on the outside of the package and enclose a return name, address and contact phone number with the shipment. *Richway will not be responsible for packages that are shipped without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. These packages may be refused and returned to sender.
The package(s) must have a tracking number. UPS or FedEx shipments can be tracked. If sending via the US Postal Service (USPS) requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via USPS, you may insure your item at your discretion, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking. *NOTE: The shipment is considered the customer’s property and responsibility until it is received by Richway. The customer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring their shipment is received by Richway. Please keep your tracking number on record to monitor your shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (product costs only, excluding shipping) are issued after Richway receives and inspects the returned items. Refunds take 5-10 business days from the date Richway issues the refund to show up in the cardholder’s account. Richway will only issue the refund to the card originally used to place the order. Richway will issue a check to the original purchaser for orders paid by cash or check.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisionson the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@topsportstech.com.
The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action. Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provideestimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Top Sports Tech control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@topsportstech.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Top Sports Tech default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive,please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
